Read all | Collapse all Do credits expire?No, they do not! Unlike orders with some other companies, credits purchased at our website do not expire and neither do we charge any monthly service fees.
If you purchase your eFlyer credits from us, but don't use them all at the same time, we simply keep your order open until YOU are ready to use it. It is your order and your money, and we believe YOU should be able to decide when YOU want to use your order. All we ask is that you keep track of your account information (user name and password) and keep it in a secure place so you can log in to your account. I forgot my password/user name to log-in.For security reasons, we cannot give out user names and/or passwords, whether by telephone, email, or otherwise! If you can't remember your password, please use the PASSWORD REMINDER feature on the login page.
How many real estate agents will you mail my eFlyer to?All eFlyers are distributed to all subscribed agents in the MLS where the property is listed. Please refer to this map for details.
How often will you mail my eFlyer?After you have created and approved your eFlyer, we will review it for content. Once it meets our company guidelines and requirements, we will schedule it for distribution and send it out one time to all the Real Estate Agents on our mailing list for your respective MLS area. That's a lot of exposure for such a small price!
We don't want to flood the agents' email boxes by sending the same eFlyer over and over again for days. - That would make our service very unpopular! How often can I resend my eFlyer?You can re-order your eFlyer as often as you wish, but we limit distribution of any flyer for the same property to once per week. Sending it more often than that will simply flood email boxes and be perceived very negatively by your fellow REALTORS(R).
What about the property (listing) picture(s)?You will upload the property image(s) during the ordering process, when you create your eFlyer.
The property (listing) picture(s) are distorted or fuzzy?If you uploaded your photos sucessfully but they appear distorted when you preview your eFlyer, they may be too small.
Do NOT upload thumbnails or photos smaller than the approximate size displayed on your eFlyer. Photos should be between 410 to 450 width x 300 to 350 height in landscape format for best results. Simply try uploading slightly larger photos. My pictures are too big. Are there file size requirements for images?Since flyers are distributed by email, images need to be managable in size. The image file size to upload is limited to 150 kB per image. (A good quality image suitable for web/monitor display normally does not have to be larger than 100 kB in filesize.) If your image file sizes are larger than that, you will have to resize them. This can be done on your computer using commercially available software or using a variety of free, on-line tools. Can I use my MLS property photos for my flyer?Many times this would be the easiest and quickest way to get the right-sized images for your flyer. Simply use the pictures from your MLS listing since they are usually of a file size that can be easily managed via email distribution. Since every MLS has a different way of displaying images, we can’t get into the specifics for each MLS; but in most cases all you have to do is right-click with your mouse on the particular image and save it to your computer. (If you’re not sure how to do that, maybe you can ask one of your fellow agents or office administrator for help.) Remember the folder where you save it and select that location when you browse for images during the flyer creation upload process. Really, it’s a lot easier than it sounds!
How will you get my company logo?Same as the property image(s), you will upload the logo image during the ordering process, when you create your agent profile. The same file size restriction as for the property images applies. If your logo changes, eg., you change offices, you can update your office info along with your logo by modifying your agent profile.
How will you get my agent Photo?If you have purchased an eFlyer that accomodates an agent photo, you can upload it during the ordering process, when you create your agent profile. The same file size restriction as for the property images applies. You can update your agent photo by modifying your agent profile.
Can you help me create a PDF or JPG / JPEG for my Custom eFlyer?With so many different file formats (e.g. *.pub, *.eps, *.ps, *.pm to name a few) on the market, we can't convert from one to the other. However, since our customers request this frequently, we are providing the following links:
(Click here for Important Information.) How can I email my eFlyer to the seller and my clients?Simply login to your account, click on My eFlyers then click on the Tell a Friend link for the listing you wish to forward.
Can Credits be shared by several agents?No. Per our Terms of Service: "ASSIGNMENT OF PURCHASE. All purchases made are valid for and may be used only by the agent making the purchase and may not be shared with, transferred, or otherwise assigned to another party."
Can I send my flyer to REALTORS(R) outside my listing area?No. Based on customer feedback, we do not allow cross-sending. This may be very popular with the SENDING agents, but most of the RECEIVING agents do not appreciate having their inboxes flooded with listings from thousand of miles away. It is perceived very negatively by your fellow REALTORS(R).
Can I send my flyers advertising other stuff or my business?No. We limit our services to REALTORS(R) or other licensed real estate sales professionals, builders, and developers advertising their property listings to other REALTORS(R). No recruitments or referrals. We do not make our services available to the general public (e.g., HOAs or FSBOs). This gives our customers - YOU - the confidence, knowing our eFlyers are only about property listings within their respective Board of REALTORS(R).
I have received a copy of my eFlyer but my co-worker(s) didn't.This may be due to a number of reasons, including (but not limited to):
- Your co-worker is not on our list or has unsubscribed from our service; - Full email inbox (very common!); - Bounced email for numerous reasons. Please see "Will my eFlyer be delivered to all agents of my Board of REALTORS(R)?" below. How soon will my eFlyer be delivered?Email delivery is complex and not as quick, easy, and instantaneous as most people expect and wish. Once we have your approval of the eFlyer, we schedule it to be sent to the subscribers for your respective area on the next business day or later if you indicated a later date. Once the distribution has been started, it usually takes about one hour to leave our servers and to be SENT to the subscribers.
The actual receipt depends on many factors, such as numbers of relays between the sending server and the receiving server, and how long the receiving server/email provider takes from the time the email is received until it is forwarded to the final recipient email account. Many ISPs and email providers take several hours to do this, especially at peak times during the day! Since we rely heavily on many services and providers (including your email provider/ISP) to deliver your eFlyer, and none of them are within our control, we cannot guarantee delivery of every eFlyer to every subscriber within your area every single time. Please see "Will my eFlyer be delivered to all agents of my Board of REALTORS(R)?" below. I approved two (or more) eFlyers. Why aren't they delivered at the same time?We try to space the distribution so no receiving server will be overwhelmed.
If we simply send all eFlyers of all customers at the same time, some of the bigger offices/brokerages (who sometimes have hundreds of agents!) would be overloaded and their mail servers would shut down. Just imagine an office with 500 agents each receiving 10 or more eFlyers within seconds of each other! Plus, we want to help you make your eFlyer stand out, which wouldn't be possible if it simply gets buried within a flood of email. Are there any timelines/deadlines for ordering/sending eFlyers?Yes! The distribution will take place on the business day following the receipt of your approval (or at a later date if requested by the customer).
Why should I not have characters such as: !!!!, $$$$, *****, <<<, >>>,or ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in my email subject line or eFlyer headline? For starters, please remember that eFlyers (not only ours but our competitors' as well!) are sent via email and treated as such by the recipients' mail provider. As most people nowadays know, ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in email or on websites ARE CONSIDERED THE EQUIVALENT OF SHOUTING. Especially in business communications (letters and email) ALL CAPITALS are therefore to be avoided!
Most ISPs (e.g. Comcast(R), COX(R) Communications, Time-Warner, etc.) and email providers (e.g. Yahoo(R), Google(TM), Hotmail(R), AOL(R), etc.) are using software to filter out Spam and either sort it into the recipient's bulkmail or junkmail box or block and delete it altogether before it ever reaches the intended recipient. The criteria the ISPs and email providers use to filter email and decide what is Spam and what isn't are a closely guarded secret. Nobody knows and nobody tells. Experience shows, however, that the more !!!, $$$, ***, <<<, >>>, or ALL CAPITAL LETTERS are in subject lines or eFlyer headlines the more likely the flyer will end up in somebody's bulkmail box and never be seen. Subject lines may not start with $ (Dollar sign) and may contain only one ! (Exclamation Point). That's why we usually remove such characters and change the writing so it looks like any business communication should look: Clean, Legible, and Professional! In a few rare occasions the agent insists on putting in these characters and excessive punctuation marks. To please our customers we sometimes permit that but simply can't be responsible for emails and flyers that get blocked and never arrive. Will my eFlyer be delivered to all agents of my Board of REALTORS(R)?Please refer to these two questions/answers first:

Because of the limitations, restrictions, interruptions, and shortcomings of the internet in general and email servers in particular, we cannot guarantee that every agent on our subscriber list will receive all eFlyers. Nobody can. If they do, they are less than honest. However, we DO guarantee that all eFlyers will be distributed and leave our server. I'm having trouble printing the eFlyer. The eFlyer colors/images don't print.Try viewing the printer friendly version with Internet Explorer. Before printing, see if your computer has a "print preview feature" (File > Print Preview). Here you can often optimize the way your printer will print the eFlyer for you. If you do not see the eFlyer in full color with images you need to adjust your computer or printer settings.
Each computer operating system has different settings. You can try: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > select "Print background colors and images" > save/ok. If your computer has different options, please contact your administrator or the help section of your Internet browser software for instructions. If your printer settings need to be changed please refer to the help section or manual provided by the manufacturer. We cannot provide you with technical assistance for your computer equipment. Can you help me create my eFlyer?A "Demo" feature is available before making your purchase. This gives our customers the opportunity to ensure they can use the system and understand how it works.
To help us keep the cost of our eFlyers low, our staff does not provide technical or other support creating your eFlyers. Easy-to-follow prompts and help texts are available during the order process and throughout our website. |
