Create your own Custom eFlyer
Use your own personal software to create a 1 page eFlyer layout of your choice. Some agents/offices create their own flyer for a listing. Sometimes a design bureau is hired to create a flyer for them. Here's how you can use it with us:
If you have created a single-page flyer on your computer using your own software, simply save it either in PDF or JPG/JPEG format. If you had a designer create a single-page brochure for you, ask him to give you a copy in either of these two formats. Then upload your single-page PDF or JPG/JPEG at our website and we will distribute it for you to the agents on our mailing list in the MLS area where your property is listed.
We can accept only PDF or JPG/JPEG files and the flyer must be a single page. If you use software that cannot create PDF or JPG/JPEG output: we are unable to convert file formats. But please see our FAQ / Help section how to create a PDF or JPG/JPEG from a variety of file formats.

Multiple lisitings advertised on the same custom eFlyer = 1 credit plus $39.95*
*The additional charge will be processed by the accounting department after we have received your PDF
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason and/or restrict the number of times eFlyers may be distributed.
